Are you passionate about people, engagement, and development? We’re looking for an Internal Communications & People Experience Coordinator to join our People team on a 9 month fixed term contract.

 

You’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced People function, supporting excellence across communications, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), talent and development, and digital learning.

 

This is a hybrid role, based in our Newport Pagnell Head Office, MK16 9EZ a minimum of 3 days a week.

 

 What you’ll be doing:

 

Internal Communications and Engagement:

  • Draft and post engaging content across our internal comms channels, including Workvivo, Newsletters, Email, Video, and more.
  • Build our monthly internal newsletters, turning submissions into clear and concise updates for our managers.
  • Maintain our internal comms and learning mailboxes, responding to queries and providing ad-hoc support.
  • Support the administration and creation of key internal comms campaigns.
  • Own and manage our internal communications calendar, ensuring it remains up-to-date and reflective of the business’ priorities.
  • Monitoring the impact of our internal communications through data gathering.
  • Provide admin support for reward and benefits programmes, Head Office ‘Back to the Floor’ programme, and annual engagement survey and values awards processes.

 

Learning and development:

  • Prepare, distribute, and disseminate learning materials for workshops.
  • Support accurate record keeping of all learning courses.
  • Provide organisational support for learning courses, including sharing joining instructions, training agreements, arranging facilities, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for participants of any internal development courses.

An Internal Communications & People Experience Coordinator will have:

  • An understanding of the Internal Communications and wider People functions.
  • Exceptional communication skills – strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging to audiences.
  • The ability to manage various tasks across multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Great relationship-building skills
