As a Facilites and Customer Service Supervisor at Welcome Break, you’ll play a key role in running a busy site, supporting your team day‑to‑day and helping deliver great experiences for every customer who walks through the door while ensuring a clean and safe environement for all.

You’ll work alongside supportive managers, gain hands‑on leadership experience, and build the skills you need to progress your career.

This role could be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in customer experience and cleaning, are ready to step up (or already working as a Team Leader or Supervisor)
• Enjoy motivating others and leading by example on shift
• Take pride in great customer service and keeping standards high
• Are ambitious and interested in developing your career in management
