As a Gaming Host at Welcome Break, no two days are the same and whilst we may wear different uniforms, we are one big team – we are Welcome Break.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered consistently every shift.
  • Ensure Welcome Break Gaming cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Ensure Welcome Break Gaming conforms at site level to all parts of the Gambling Act 2005.
  • Responsible for the security of the Welcome Break Game Zone on a shift by shift basis.
  • Manage machines on site to maintain uptime, performance and maximise profit.
